Clinic Responsibilities

Each clinic is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the data it submits to the platform, including patient, appointment, billing, and prescription-related records.

You are responsible for obtaining any patient notices, consents, and approvals required under applicable healthcare, privacy, or consumer protection laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with security controls, upload malicious code, scrape data without authorization, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Fees And Subscription

Paid plans, renewals, billing cycles, and service limits may be described in a separate order, proposal, invoice, or pricing page. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable after the service period begins.

Availability And Changes

Intellectual Property
