Terms of Service
Effective date: May 2, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of The Seven Cure clinic operations platform and related services.
Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of The Seven Cure and related SevenCure services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You may use the service only for lawful clinic, healthcare, administrative, or operational purposes.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized users access your workspace.
You may not use public queue, kiosk, prescription, or integration features to submit misleading information, interfere with clinic operations, or access data outside your authorized clinic or store context.
Clinic Responsibilities
Each clinic is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the data it submits to the platform, including patient, token, encounter, billing, prescription, and integration-related records.
Each clinic is also responsible for how it uses printable prescriptions, kiosk or public queue flows, and connected store integrations, including patient communication, authorization, and downstream fulfillment decisions.
Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for medical judgment and patient-care decisions.
Integrations And Print Workflows
The Seven Cure may support clinic-to-store integration workflows and printable prescription outputs. Availability and behavior may depend on account configuration, permissions, and connected third-party or related system setup.
We do not guarantee the performance, stock availability, business decisions, or fulfillment outcomes of any connected store or any action taken outside the platform after prescription data is printed, exported, or shared.
Fees, Availability, And Liability
Fees, renewals, billing cycles, and service limits may be described in a separate quote, invoice, or pricing communication.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including queue, kiosk, prescription, printing, or integration-related features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
